CARROT CAKE
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c oil
- 1 c sugar
- 3 finely grated carrots
- 1/2 c walnuts
- 1/2 c raisins
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t vanilla
Instructions
Combine eggs, oil, and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Grease a tube pan well. Pour batter into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, simple.
