Butter Chicken Recipe Preparation Method
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken :1/4 kg
- Chilly powder :1/2 teaspoon
- Salt :1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger-garlic paste : 1/2 teaspoon
To Boil:
- Tomato paste tin :100 gram
- Nestle cream :1/2 tin
- Cumin powder :2 teaspoon
- Salt : 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar : 1 pinch
Saute:
- Oil :50 gram
- Green chilly(chopped) :4
- Coriander leaf :1 bag
Preparation Procedure:
- Soak the items in chicken and fry.
- Add things to boil by adding water.
- After boiled add fried chicken and again boil add sauted items.
- Best side dish for rotty.
