Broccoli Manchurian Recipe Preparation Method

Ingredients:

  • Broccoli : 1
  • Onion : 1
  • Capsicum : 1
  • Tomato sauce : 3 table spoon
  • spring onion : small amount
  • Green Chilly : 2
  • Dried chilly : 2
  • Soya sauce : 1 table spoon
  • Garlic :5 cloves
  • Sugar : 1/4 table spoon
  • Salt : needed amount
  • Oil : needed amount
  • Chilly powder : 1 table spoon
  • All purpose flour(maida) : 2 table spoon
  • Corn flour : 1 table spoon
  • Rice flour : 1 table spoon
  • Lemon juice : 2 table spoon

PreHeat the owen 180/350 degree

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Mix broccoli, maida, corn flour, rice flour, salt, chilly powder, lemon juice in water and leave for 10 minutes. Deep fry in oil.
  2. Slice onion, capsicum in lengthy size.
  3. soak dried chilly in vinegar and grind this with chilly.
  4. Chop garlic, spring onion in small size.
  5. Heat oil in large pan and add garlic, onion, capsicum and saute.
  6. In semi solid state add tomato sauce, soya sauce and mixture of chilly paste and add salt needed amount and saute for 5 minutes.
  7. toss the fried broccoli florets with sugar.
  8. Saute for 8 minutes and turn off the stove, Garnish with finely chopped green onions and sevre.
