Broad beans Chinese fry Recipe Preparation Method
Ingredients:
- Broad beans : 1/4 kg
- Onion : 1
- Fried dried chilly : 1 table spoon
- Maggie cube : 1/2 cake/li>
- Carry leaves : 1 bunch
- Oil : needed amount
- Salt : 1/2 table spoon
- Coriander : 1 pinch
Preparation Procedure:
- Chop broad beans in 1 inch size and onion in small size.
- Saute onion in pan
- Stir chilly powder and add onion.
- Add Maggie cube and vegetable and close the pan.
- Stir side by side. Once vegetables are boiled place the remaining onion and saute for 2 min.
- Garnish with coriander leaf and serve.
